Mrs. Crystal Joos
Crystal & Taigen Joos served together with Ken & Judy Endean in Scarborough, Maine, for seven years before moving to their current ministry in Dover, NH. Crystal also taught for two years at Cornerstone Baptist Academy before their twins were born. Janelle Michalek became an adoptive auntie to their amazing twins, Marshall and Shaylen, who are now pursuing graduate music degrees in Boston.
Crystal grew up in Colorado, and at the age of 12, she realized she needed to give her life to the Lord and ask Him to save her from sin. God used many godly people who took the time to invest in her life and mold and shape her into Christlikeness. It was also His grace that led her to a Christian university where she learned to love God’s Word more and become a lifelong learner of its truths. It was there that she met her husband who she says probably had the most impact on her walk with Christ.
The Joos twins were homeschooled K5 through graduation, and Crystal will say it was the best job she ever had! Since they graduated, she has worked at the University of New Hampshire in the Student Financial Services office as Assistant Director. It gives her great joy to live out the Gospel before her sweet coworkers each day. It truly is an amazing mission field.
At church, she enjoys fulfilling secretarial duties, leading the ladies’ Bible study, playing the piano during services, teaching the preschoolers, leading the children’s choir and helping wherever else she is needed.
